In order to avoid some possible mistakes which could cause the loss of a valued customer, Sam Teck insist on doing a pre-check before output and plate making by focusing on the printing file submitted by the customer. This is the first and only step to obtain a perfect product. In terms of the service aspect, we have installed a highway broadband network system to provide an efficient service to our customers. Customers can e-mail their printing files to our IT department directly via the internet in order to enable us to process an efficient procedure immediately.
